YAN Member’s efforts recognized at the Human Rights Watch International Film Festival 2008-09

The Human Rights Watch International Film Festival and Adobe Youth Voices are looking for youth produced (ages 19 and younger) works on human rights from around the globe to screen in their newly established YOUTH PRODUCING CHANGE program. The synopsis for the documentary made by a young, enthusiastic YAN member has been selected by the New York Headquarters. On further selection, the chosen films will travel to Human Rights Watch International Film Festival, New York: June 9-16 2008, Human Rights Watch International Film Festival, Boston: Fall 2008, Human Rights Watch International Film Festival, London: March 2009 and the Human Rights Watch International Film Festival, San Francisco: Spring 2009.

We at YAN wish Mir Sachal Khan, a young student of the Grammar School, Chaklala Rawalpindi the best of luck and encourage all the youth of Pakistan to become a YAN member and grab many such opportunities in future.
