The objective of this questionnaire is to assess students’ knowledge, attitudes, and skills towards various issues and situations that arise in their daily life and have direct or indirect impact on their psycho-social and physical health and well-being

Instructions

The questionnaire will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete. You can write additional comments/questions concerning young people and any feedback that you want to provide to us at the end of the questionnaire, or on a separate sheet.
